The common Host table is friendly, drawn up by beautiful toppings and by beautiful dishes.
Regional food with current tastes, and specialities house
We cook as much as possible the products of our garden as well as good products of country and season.
Some of our specialities :
- Baeckeofa, sauerkrauts (traditional or in fishes)
- Fleischchnaka, cheese-topped dishes, terrines, puff pastries...
- Soups: of stinging nettles or garlic of the bears in spring, fresh vegetables of the kitchen garden in summer, the potimarron in autumn and winter.

- Tarts in the covered with meringue rhubarb, in the apples and the crumble, in quetsches-cinnamon, in Morello cherries, in blueberries of the Grand Ballon,
- Crèmes brûlée, cheese-topped dishes of fruits,
- Froths frozen in the wild raspberries, in the blackberries, in the rhubarb...
- Baerawecka, Croqualas and Bredela (in Christmas and all winter long)...
And, breakfasts! Greedy and generous ...
